*Forever 21 Shirt, Cardigan, Pants*

Over the weekend my roommates and I went to this gorgeous garden in Pasadena. For our day out I felt inspired to go along with the setting. I put together a simple outfit that I would normally wear to work, school, or just out for any old casual day. I got this adorable cardigan at none other than, of course, Forever 21. I always feel the need to match with one of the colors on my printed clothing, and for this occasion I chose the red. These capri pants are chic and comfy and perfect for a day spent walking around. Under my sweater I chose to wear a white button up collared shirt to accent as a bit more professional and studious. To complete my look I wore some cute black flats.

A Little Less Than MC Hammer

A little less than MC Hammer, but parachute pants nonetheless! These are most definitely in my top favorite pants I own! They're simple yet chic, and the number of outfits you can put together with them are countless! Paired with it is a sheer, maroon top and a black bandeau. To spice it up I threw on some leopard heels!

Remember friends, sometimes, less is more!

LOVE is in the air !

 

Happy Valentine's Day friends! :) I threw together some outfits that I would personally wear on this fabulous day. My boyfriend, as most of you know, lives in San Diego, so we'll be celebrating this weekend, and I cannot wait!

Anyways, I tend to lean toward neutral colors, as I like to be able to mix and match my items (more bang for your buck!). I think this peplum top is absolutely adorable, especially with some (of course) neutral cropped skinnies. I enjoy this outfit mostly because it can be worn during the day with flats, and then dressed up at night with some heels.

As for the second outfit, I chose something on the fancier side. I picked a Lauren Conrad black lace dress and paired it with a red pump and a waist-length blazer. This outfit is extremely appropriate for a romantic night on the town, or an outing at a fancy restaurant.

As you can tell, both the dress and the pants can be mixed and matched with different colors, which in my book is a TOP priority! To spice these outfits up (as well as my other outfits), I add one pop of color - the heels, and the peplum.

THE PANTS !

Happy hump day friends! These are my favorite and most famous pants! My roommates have decided to name them "The Pants", because unlike most, they have a bold personality and style of their own. Because these pants are SO loud, I like to pair them with simple items such as, my plain corset top, my denim jacket, and red platform pumps for a splash of color. Being that I'm on college budget, I was stoked to find these pants at the American Apparel factory outlet for $20! If you live in LA or are passing through, make sure to check the factory outlet out as they've made it permanent! Yippie!

Lovely In Lace

*Urban Outfitters Dress | Forever 21 Sweater | DSW Booties*

If you know me at all, you know my favorite clothing item to wear is a dress! They're fast, simple, and you can dress them up or down. I bought this dress at Urban Outfitters as a total steal - only $10!! Being that I live in the valley of Los Angeles, it was sunny enough to wear a dress, but still cool enough to add some knee-high socks and a simple sweater. Hope you all are enjoying your Tuesday! We're almost halfway through the week! 

You Don't Know Until You Try

"You don't know until you try". How many times have we heard that? I've decided to take that saying and put it to use. I'm a fashion enthusiast, and have a passion for writing. This is my first attempt at a real blog, and as a resolution to myself, I'm going to stay on top of managing it!

To begin, I got this "bitchin'" (as my mother would say) vest a few weeks ago at of course, Forever 21. Every college girl's budget store! I couldn't wait to wear it! Pairing with it a chiffon hi-low skirt, and black clutch purse to complete my look.
